Happy Birthday My Sweet Baby!!!!

Dear Cooper,

Happy birthday baby! Yesterday was your birthday and I just can't believe how fast time has flown by. It seems like just yesterday we were in the hospital trying to get you to sleep. I thank Auntie April for introducing me to this blog. I constantly find myself going back through the pictures and reading everything that we have done over the past year. And... someday you will be able to open this blog and relive all of these experiences.
I can just sit and watch you all day. I am so amazed at all the new things you learn everyday. You are talking (in your own language) a mile a minute. It is so funny to have a conversation with you. I can tell you are really trying to tell me something and it sounds really great, only I have no idea what you are talking about. All I can do is smile and and tell you I love you!
You want to walk so bad but you just aren't quite there yet. You hold your hands up so we can grab your hands so you can walk with our help. You are getting more and more confident everyday. You will at least let go with one hand now!
And... your little giggle. It is so fun to make you laugh because those little belly laughs that come out of you are great!
Everyone told me when I was pregnant with you that I will feel a love for you that is unexplainable. They couldn't have been more right. There are no words to describe how much I love you. You are an amazing little boy! You are everything I have dreamed of having in a son. This little family we have is all my dreams come true!

Reach for the Stars!!!

Reach for the STARS!!!! I ate dinner with Mommy and Daddy in my big boy seat instead of my high chair tonight. I started reaching for the stars. I thought is was so funny I just couldn't get enough...

IT"S PARTY TIME!!!!

My birthday is on Tuesday but I celebrated with family and friends on Saturday. When we woke up Saturday morning things weren't looking so great. It was raining all morning... This was a big problem because our house just isn't big enough to hold 80 people indoors. We were a little bit nervous but we knew the weather had to clear up for my big birthday bash. And... about a half hour before the party started, the rain stopped. Mommy and Daddy and all our help rushed to geat things ready outdoors and the weather cooperated with us. It was cloudy and chilly but now wet. I hope everyone enjoyed my party. I sure did. Thank you EVERYONE for helping me celebrate and for all the amazing gifts. I am going to look stylish in my new clothes, I have already played with all my new toys, and the cash and bonds will go into my savings account. Mommy and Daddy says it's for college, whatever that is (i'm not even in preschool yet)!My birthday cake, cupcakes, and my little smash cake is on the right side...

The craft table was a popular place all day since the jumper was cancelled because of the rain...

Happy Birthday to Me!!!! Everyone started singing the happy birthday song and I looked up and realized they were all staring at me. I got so excited and just couldn't stop smiling and looking at everyone. All my friends and family were singing for me!!!!!! This is FUN!!!!

My first year...

New Trick!!!

So... I learned a new trick a couple weeks ago. I learned I could pull myself up and stand in my crib. I REALLY like to practice my new trick from about 2am to 5am. It's so much fun! For some reason Mommy and Daddy aren't too excited about it. I don't know why... Oh yeah, maybe they don't enjoy being awake for three hours in the middle of the night for the last week an a half. Oh well... I am sure they will learn to enjoy my new trick just as much as I do!!!! Or maybe I can start practicing my new trick only durning the DAY!!!!

Scooter Rides With Grandpa!!!

We went to Sunday Lunch with the Hogan's over at Grandma and Grandpa Hogan's house. Grandpa took me, Carson, and Brianna on scooter rides!!!! We had a lot of fun!!!!! Check out the sign on the front of Grandpa's scooter. It says "Geezer Crossing". Daddy bought that for Grandpa last Christmas!

Grandpa wouldn't let Sean ride on his lap so Sean decided to kick Grandpa off and do donuts in the street.

Date Night for Mommy and Daddy!

Saturday night Grandma watched me and Mommy and Daddy went out to dinner and to see a comedy show. Although they missed me very much, they had a really great time! Thanks for babysitting me Grandma!!!
