The Day After...

The day after Christmas I still wasn't feeling very well. I slept until 9:30 in the morning, got up, was finally able to eat a little bit of cereal and actually keep it down, and then I went to Mommy and Daddy's bed where I watched Yo Gabba Gabba and was drifting in and out of sleep for about an hour. Then I came out of the room and told Mommy and Daddy I wanted to go back to bed. I took a couple hour nap and was finally ready to get the day going at two in the afternoon.

Thank you EVERYONE for ALL the GREAT gifts! I got the chance to play with them all today!

Christmas Day!

You would never know it by looking at these pictures but I was very sick on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Some how I caught some kind of bug and I was throwing up. I couldn't seem to keep any food down. I am such a good boy though, I just went along with the flow, happy as can be...
Daddy was home for Christmas Day this year! When he got home from work in the morning we went into the living room to find all the fun and exciting toys Santa left for me. These were my three favorites. The sunglasses, which I wore for most of the morning, my own big boy chair, and the spinning light thing I'm holding in the picture. If you're wondering who's sitting on my lap... that is Plex and Muno from my favorite show Yo Gabba Gabba! I had a great morning with my mommy and daddy!

Around 10am mommy's side of the family came over. There were about 20 of us. We ate a good breakfast, played, visited, and opened more fun presents. My favorite gift of the day was the Cozy Coup.

Around three in the afternoon Daddy's side of the family came over. We visited, had dinner, and opened MORE presents!

Hogan Christmas Party

We had the Hogan Christmas party on Monday. I had a lot of fun playing with my cousins and opening exciting gifts.

Watching Carson and Sean playing hockey...

Telling Uncle Dave, and Great Grandma and Grandpa Hogan a really good story... Taking a water break with Tammy...

Helping Sean play the guitar...

Santa!

Last year, as many of you know, I wasn't very excited about sitting on Santa's lap. I screamed and begged mommy and daddy to take me away from the strange looking man.
This year was completely opposite. I walked right up to Santa, sat on his lap, and started carrying on an extensive conversation with him. I let him know exactly what I wanted him to bring me on Christmas night and then I even looked straight at the camera and gave a big smile.

Disneyland!

I had my first trip to Disneyland on Thursday. I had so much fun. It's a Small World was my favorite. On the tram on the way in the park.
Getting ready to go on Its a Small World...
I wish I could show you more pictures but the camera battery died after these two pictures. How does your camera battery die on your first trip to Disneyland??????
The good news is that Mommy and Daddy got annual passes so there will be many more pictures to come!

Ears

On Wednesday I finally got my tubes put in my ears. I was such a good boy. Everyone was so impressed with the way I let the doctors and nurses check me out and do their jobs. I am the PERFECT little patient.

On the way to the surgery center. Doctor Waki said no food or drink until after the surgery. He must not know that eating is the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning.

Resting on Mommy while the anesthesia wore off.
Thank you everyone for all your thoughts and prayers. I was such a good boy through the whole procedure. I never even cried the whole time. Not even when they took me away from my mommy and daddy!

Buying a Christmas Tree

I want this one...

Decorating the tree...

Big Grandma's House

We went to Big Grandma's (great grandma Fry) house last weekend so we could take the Fry family Christmas picture. We also celebrated mommy's birthday while we were there. I was very good for all the pictures we took. I didn't give away any smiles but at least I was always looking at the camera. Helping Mommy open her presents...

Don't worry... there's nothing in the starbucks cup. Uncle Chad bought mommy a giftcard and it came all wrapped up in the cup. I liked the cup the best!

December 9

Hi family and friends. I just wanted to keep you updated on my ears. My surgery to get my tubes is scheduled for the morning of December 9th (my mommy's birthday). Mommy doesn't mind that it is on her birthday because the best gift I can give my Mommy is to be healthy and comfortable, and that is what Dr. Waki is going to do for me. Keep me in your prayers please. Love you all!
