Last weekend Daddy ran the Huntington Beach Half Marathon! Me, Mommy, Auntie Angie, and Nannie went to cheer him on!
Meeting up with Daddy before the big race! Daddy trained for three months to get ready for the big day! We are so proud of his commitment and hard work everyday at the same time as continuing to take care of our family...

Go Daddy, Go!!! Only about a quarter mile to go! He still had enough in him to give me a thumbs up (daddy's wearing the blue t-shirt and white boardshorts)!

There were a ton of people so we had to park far away and take a bus over to where the race began. I am really into busses right now so this was really exciting for me. I sat all by myself and remained seated the entire time. "Bus" is one of my favorite words to say.

Daddy finished in 1 hour 28 minutes and 53 seconds. He ran the race at a 6 minute 47 second per mile pace . He placed 128 out of 12,000 people. We can't tell you enough how proud we are!
Daddy deserves a beer! To be continued... Daddy runs the LA MARATHON (all 26.? miles of it) on March 21st!
