Daddy's Home (Crawling)

Daddy FINALLY came home yesterday!!!!! Me and Mommy were soooo excited to see him. I have never been away from him for this long. He was gone a whole week. He stayed home with me today and we had a lot of fun playing and we also had some intense crawling lessons. I worked really hard on my lessons and tonight I finally did it!!! I crawled for the first time and we got it on camera!!!! Here is a video of me crawling for the very FIRST time!!! Enjoy...

I MISS MY DADDY!

My Daddy went to work on Thursday and he didn't come home the next day like he usually does. There are lots of fires right now in California so he had to go to them to try and help put them out and protect people's homes. He went to Montecito first and then he was transferred to Sylmar and he is still there. He has been gone for four days now and me and mommy REALLY miss him alot. He is forsure there for the rest of tonight and tomorrow morning he will either get a new assignment in Sylmar or hopefully he will come home.

It has been really smokey and ashy here because there are fires that are close to our house too. When we got home yesterday it was so smokey that me and mommy decided it would be best to go and spend the night with grandma. The air was just a little better there. Today we drove to huntington beach and went to the dog beach with Dana and Lady. The air was much better there. We got out and walked along the beach. I loved it. It was nice to finally breathe some fresh air. Mommy was holding me in the Baby Bjorn and I just couldn't stop laughing. The sound of the crashing waves, all the dogs, the people, the sand, the water, it was all just too much fun. I really enjoyed myself.

My First Haircut

I know... you're probably thinking it's a bit early for my first haircut...but REALLY... just look at this headfull of hair. It is at it's best when I wake up in the morning with some major bedhead. This is me waiting (for a very long time) for the lady to call my name. Mommy and Daddy are learning and didn't think to call ahead to make an appointment.

Halloween!

Happy Halloween!

Here I am dressed up like a lion for Halloween. It was a hot day and night here in Placentia so my costume was a bit warm. We went trick-or-treating with my cousins around our neighborhood. I saw lots of kids dressed up. My favorite part was getting to go on a walk in my stroller when it was dark outside.
Don't mind my Daddy's outfit. I know... he looks a bit silly!

We went to the pumpkin patch today when mommy got home from work. I went in the petting zoo, checked out the baby chicks, picked out a perfect pumpkin, and checked out all the kids. I had a ton of fun. Maybe mommy and daddy will take me back!

I'm Back!

Sorry you haven't heard from me in a while. Two days after my check up when my doctor said my ears were all better I got a cold and two more ear infections. Nobody ever told me how hard it is to sleep, drink a bottle, and breathe when your nose is all stuffed up. After two doses of antibiotics and some good rest I am finally all better. I went to the doctor's again and the doctor said I am all better. Keep your fingers crossed that my ear infections don't come back again. It is no fun to be in pain. I don't sleep very well when my ears hurt.
