Santa

So... Mommy and Daddy took me to go see Santa today! Turns out I'm REALLY scared of Santa! Mommy put me on his lap and I was fine until I looked up and realized whose lap I was sitting on!!!!! And then I couldn't help myself... I just started screaming!!! Huge tears were rolling down my cheeks. "Mommy, Daddy save me from this big man in red!!!"

Looking around, not realizing whose lap I am on...

Somebody... Please "HELP ME!!!"

GET ME AWAY FROM THIS BIG MAN IN RED!!!!

No, I don't want a sucker!!!!!

Mommy and Daddy finally got me away from the scary man. All better now!

Santa Ana Zoo

Mommy is off work this whole week for Thanksgiving and Daddy is on a four day. It's been fun having so much family time! Yesterday we wanted to do something fun so we decided to go to the zoo. Uncle Jared, Brooke and Grandma came with us too. We had lots of fun!

Pasta Pasta Pasta

PASTA NIGHT AT THE HOGANS!!! I love pasta night. Pasta night always leads to a sensory experience for me. Tonight it was LASAGNA!!!!! Daddy made lasagna for dinner and saved the leftover noodles for me. After dinner, we laid a big beach towel down in the middle of the kitchen and mommy and daddy gave me a big bowl of lasagna noodles. They were really sticky and wiggly. I had lots of fun flinging them around!!! Just watch me!!! Pasta night was followed by bath night, just in case you were wondering!!!!

Daddy's Feet

So.... Daddy plays this game with me, where he wiggles his toes around. I just think it is the funniest thing ever. I laugh and laugh. Check out the part on the video where I try to attack his foot with my mouth. His socks are clean... I promise!!!

I MISS MY DADDY!

My Daddy went to work on Thursday and he didn't come home the next day like he usually does. There are lots of fires right now in California so he had to go to them to try and help put them out and protect people's homes. He went to Montecito first and then he was transferred to Sylmar and he is still there. He has been gone for four days now and me and mommy REALLY miss him alot. He is forsure there for the rest of tonight and tomorrow morning he will either get a new assignment in Sylmar or hopefully he will come home.
It has been really smokey and ashy here because there are fires that are close to our house too. When we got home yesterday it was so smokey that me and mommy decided it would be best to go and spend the night with grandma. The air was just a little better there. Today we drove to huntington beach and went to the dog beach with Dana and Lady. The air was much better there. We got out and walked along the beach. I loved it. It was nice to finally breathe some fresh air. Mommy was holding me in the Baby Bjorn and I just couldn't stop laughing. The sound of the crashing waves, all the dogs, the people, the sand, the water, it was all just too much fun. I really enjoyed myself.
